To practice Alternate Nostril Breathing:
- Sit comfortably in a quiet place with your spine straight.
- Place your left hand on your left knee with the palm facing upward.
- Bring your right hand to your face and place your index and middle fingers on your forehead between your eyebrows.
- Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale deeply through your left nostril.
- Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release your right nostril, and exhale completely.
- Inhale through your right nostril, then close it and exhale through your left nostril.
- This completes one round. Repeat for several rounds, focusing on the smooth, deep breaths.
